Sweetence® ThaumActive® 0.3 RA is a ready to use natural sweetening and bitter blocking solution ideal for use in fortified nutrition powders. Using proprietary, patented technology, modified Thaumatin is applied to stevia to block the bitter aftertaste of challenging tasting ingredients in powder formulations whilst delivering natural balanced sweetness. Pre-standardisation of the sweetener system eliminates ppm-level Thaumatin dosing complexity, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
